Apple Date Loaf

2 cups (200g) whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
2 cups (500ml) almond milk
1/3 cup (80g) maple syrup, (or your choice of natural sweetener)
6 large dates, pitted & chopped
1 large apple, chopped

-First place the dry ingredients into your large mixing bowl and mix them together thoroughly. Then add in the almond milk, and stir once again until smooth.
-Then add in the chopped apple and dates, and mix together one last time.
-Once all is combined well. You can pour this mixture into your baking loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
-Pop them into the oven at 200C for 35-45 minutes.
-Let them cool, then slice them up and enjoy!
