Blackberry Cookie Dough Bars
-300g soaked dates
-275g rolled oats or instant oats
-1 tsp cinnamon powder
-200g banana, mashed
-200g soaked dates
-35g walnuts, chopped
-Begin by putting the base ingredients into your food processor or blender, and blending it up until to begins clumping into a ball.
-Now press this "cookie dough" base mixture into your baking pan lined with parchment paper. Set aside.
-Next up, you can put all the filling ingredients into your food processor or blender and blend until creamy smooth.
-Grab your baking pan, and now pour this blackberry filling on top of the cookie dough base. Use a spoon or spatula and smooth it out nicely.
-Lastly you can sprinkle on top the chopped walnuts, and pop it into the freezer for 6-8 hours.
