Raw Caramel Apples

INGREDIENTS:
-4 apples of your choice
-60g dried mulberries
-10g raw cacao nibs
-100g dates, (soaked in hot water for 15 minutes)
-10g natural peanut butter
DIRECTIONS:
-In your food processor, pulse blend the dried mulberries to create a soft crumble, and pour into a small bowl, add the cacao nibs too, then set aside.
-In your high speed blender, add the dates, along with some of the water they were soaking in + the peanut butter, and blend until creamy smooth.
-Insert popsicle sticks or forks, into the stem side of the apples.
-Dip your apples in the caramel and twirl them around. You can use a spoon to help coat them evenly.
-Roll the caramel-covered apples in the mulberries and cacao nibs.
-Eat immediately or refrigerate for a few hours for firmer caramel. Enjoy!
