Chewy Blackberry Cookies

-215g dates, pitted (soaked in warm water if needed)
-150g dried mulberries
-30g pecans (or nut of choice)
-150g quick oats
-120g frozen (and thawed) OR fresh blackberries

-Add all ingredients, except the blackberries, into your food processor, and blend up until it forms a large dough ball.
-Now add the blackberries, and fold them into the mixture.
-Scoop out the mixture, and mold them into your cookie shapes.
-You can add a blackberry on top of each cookie if you desire.
-You can enjoy them straight away, or pop them in the fridge for an hour to firm up more.
