Chewy Mixed Nut Energy Bars
INGREDIENTS:
-250g date paste
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tsp cinnamon powder
-250g rolled oats
-20g chopped almonds
-20g chopped peanuts
-20g pumpkin seeds
-3 tbsp chia seeds
DIRECTIONS:
-Mix all ingredients together well in a large mixing bowl.
-Once everything is combined well and sticking together, pour your mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper, and smooth it out nicely with a spoon or spatula.
-Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes.
-Let cool, and store in the fridge.
