Chewy Peanut Butter Granola Bars
-130g quick oats
-150g date paste
-1 tsp cinnamon powder
-1/4 cup (85g) natural peanut butter
-2 tbsp (25g) chia seeds
-40g your choice of nuts, chopped
-Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
-Once it becomes sticking together, you can scoop out the mixture and press it on to your baking pan lined with parchment paper and pop it in the fridge overnight to firm.
-Then you can slice it up and enjoy!
