Chocolate Almond Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS:
-200g gluten free oats
-20g milled chia seeds
-140g date paste OR maple syrup
-30g natural peanut butter
-25g almonds, chopped
-40g non-dairy chocolate, chopped
-a pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
-Into your food processor, add all your ingredients except for the chocolate + almonds.
-Blend until it forms a dough ball.
-Now add in your chocolate + almonds. Fold them in.
-Scoop out a golf ball size of the mixture, and roll it into a ball using your hands.
-Place it onto your tray, or plate, lined with parchment paper. Do this with all the mixture.
-Pop your bites into the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm up.
-Enjoy!
