Chocolate Chip Blondies

INGREDIENTS:

-250g date paste

-250g all purpose flour or cake flour

-1/3 cup your choice of nut butter

-200g banana, mashed

-1 tsp cinnamon powder

-1.5 tsp baking powder

-45g non-dairy chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

-Place all of these ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, into your food processor or blender, and blend it all up smooth.

-Now add in the chocolate chips, and stir in well. 

-You can now pour this mixture into your baking pan lined with parchment paper. 

-Using a large spoon or spatula, smooth out the mixture in your pan.

-Then pop it into your oven at 200C for 20-25 minutes.

-Let cool, then slice it up and enjoy!
