Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread Bites


-3 bananas, mashed

-1/4 cup golden syrup (or your choice)

-100g oat flour + 75g quick oats

-1 tsp cinnamon powder

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1/4 cup (30g) chopped non-dairy chocolate or chocolate chips


-First mash the bananas, then place them into your large mixing bowl with the syrup. Mix together well.

-Now add in the rest of the ingredients and stir well until it forms a large "dough" ball. 

-Scoop out 2 tbsps worth of the mixture and roll it into a small ball with your hands. 

-Place it on your tray lined with parchment paper. Do this until you've used up all the mixture.

-Pop it into the oven to bake at 225C for about 15 minutes. 

-Let cool, then enjoy!
