Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Cake (no-bake)

INGREDIENTS:
Base:
-2 cups (200g) dates, pitted & soft
-3/4 cup (100g) roasted whole peanuts
-1/2 cup (50g) cocoa powder
Filling:
-1 cup (100g) dates, pitted & soft
-1/2 cup (100g) natural peanut butter
-3 tbsp (20g) cocoa powder
-2-4 tbsp water

DIRECTIONS:
-First take your base ingredients and pour them into your food processor or blender, and blend it up until some-what smooth (leaving a few peanut chunks).
-Now take this mixture and press it down evenly into your baking pan lined with parchment paper. Set aside.
-To make your filling, pour the filling ingredients into your blender, and blend it up very smooth. Pour this on top of your base mixture into your baking pan lined with parchment paper. Smooth it out nicely with a small spatula or spoon.
-Pop this into the freezer overnight (for about 6-8 hours).
-Then slice it up and enjoy!
