Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bites
-165g dates, (chopped & soaked in hot water)
-160g gluten free oat flour
-40g natural peanut butter
-35g cocoa (recommend raw cacao powder)
-30g almonds, finely chopped
-First drain the water from the dates.
-Then place all the ingredients, except for the almonds, into your food processor, and blend it up well until it forms a large dough ball.
-Now scoop out about a golf ball size of the mixture, and roll it into a ball with your hands.
-Take this ball and roll it into the chopped almonds, until it's all coated well.
-Do this will all the mixture.
-Now place all your balls onto a plate or tray lined with parchment paper, and pop it into the fridge to firm for 1-2 hours.
