Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

-100g rolled oats
-50g soaked dates
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1 tbsp 100% natural peanut butter
Chocolate frosting:
-50g "date paste"
-50g oat flour
-10g cocoa powder


-First, blend together all the base ingredients in your food processor or blender. Then pour the mixture into your baking pan lined with parchment paper. 

-Second, blend together all the chocolate pudding frosting ingredients, and pour on top of the first layer. 

-Optional: sprinkle on top a few chopped nuts.

-Freeze for 6-8 hours. Then enjoy!
