Double Chocolate Brownie Bites
INGREDIENTS:
-200g dates (chopped, and soaked in hot water)
-150g oats
-40g non-dairy chocolate, chopped
-30g cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS:
-In your food processor or high speed blender, blend up all the ingredients except for the chocolate. Once you have a smooth dough like mixture, fold in the chocolate chunks.
-Using your hands, roll into golf ball size balls.
-Place them into the freezer to set for about 2-3 hours.
-Then enjoy!
