Double Chocolate Chunk Cake Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
-1 ripe banana (120g), mashed
-150g date paste
-1/4 cup nut butter
-30g non-dairy chocolate, chopped
-60g oat flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-3 tbsp cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS:
-Place the wet ingredients into your large mixing bowl and mix them together thoroughly.
-Then add in the rest of the ingredients, and mix again.
-Once all is combined to form a large moist dough ball. You can scoop out about a golf ball size of the mixture and place it on your baking tray lined with parchment paper. And form it into your desired cookie shapes. Do this until all the mixture is used. You should get about 8-10 cookies.
-Pop them into the oven at 200C for 25-30 minutes.
-Let them cool, then enjoy!
