No-Bake Energy Bites

3 Flavours

FOR THE BASE OF THE ENERGY BITES

-250g dates, chopped and soaked

-250g instant or quick oats

-Blend together these ingredients, then divide this mixture into 3 parts. Each part will be for the 3 different flavour Energy Bites.

Cranberry Walnut

INGREDIENTS

-83.33g dates, chopped and soaked

-83.33g instant or quick oats

-25g cranberries

-15g walnuts

Double Chocolate Chip

INGREDIENTS

-83.33g dates, chopped and soaked

-83.33g instant or quick oats

-20g non-dairy chocolate chips

-8g cocoa powder

Peanut Butter Raisin

INGREDIENTS

-83.33g dates, chopped and soaked

-83.33g instant or quick oats

-1 tbsp natural peanut butter

-25g raisins

DIRECTIONS

-For each flavour, in your blender or food processor, blend together all the ingredients until it clumps together and becomes crumbly.

-Scoop out some of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
