Fudgey Sweet Potato Brownies

INGREDIENTS:
-450g steamed sweet potato
-150g oat flour
-250g date paste
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-40g cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS:
-Blend together all ingredients in your food processor or blender, press the brownie mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
-Optional: Sprinkle on top your choice of nuts.
-Then bake at 200C for about 15 minutes.
