Low Fat Granola
INGREDIENTS:
-250g rolled oats
-250g date paste
-20g peanuts
-20g cashews
-20g pumpkin seeds
-1 tsp cinnamon powder
-50g raisins
DIRECTIONS:
-Pour all these ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir together well.
-Once it begins clumping together, pour out the mixture onto your baking tray lined with parchment paper.
-Bake in your oven at 180C for 20-30 minutes.
-Let cool, then enjoy!
