My Training

I came from a troubled past of calorie restriction, disordered eating, and exercise addiction; all stemming from the obsessive need to be 'skinny'... After a few years of torturing myself with these unhealthy behaviours, I said "enough is enough", and set myself straight by searching for a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle.
That's when I found the plant based lifestyle in 2013. I discovered a life of abundance, satisfaction, optimal health, and peace. I never once looked back.

My passion of living a holistic healthy lifestyle personally, lead me to discover my purpose and passion in this life; helping others to reach their optimal health through a satisfying, nutrient rich diet, & nourishing, fun lifestyle practices!
I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between. I am also Certified in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University where I was trained to think critically about information on diet, health, and disease and understand how important a whole foods, plant-based diet is for everyday health and healing. WITH the inclusion of non-whole foods for a well balanced exciting and pleasurable lifestyle!

With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

How Do I Help You??⠀

1️⃣ Give you the right information, apply it on an individual level, & explain it well. 

2️⃣ Create a step-by-step plan. A nourishing & fun lifestyle does NOT have to be overwhelming. I break everything down into smaller, highly attainable steps for all of my clients no matter where they are at in their healing journey. ⠀

3️⃣ Help you stick to the plan step-by-step. I provide a check-in point & ongoing support. At each step along the way, we discuss how your body reacted to each change, I clarify any questions that may have come up, & I will tweak your protocol all along the way (depending on how your unique body responds to each step) in order to feel like the changes to your lifestyle is comfortable, enjoyable, and satisfying!
