No-Bake Fudge Brownie Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS:
-200g dates (chopped/soaked in hot water)
-40g almonds
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-150g oat flour/quick oats
-40g cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS:
-First blend up the oats into a flour, then add in the rest of the ingredients and blend together once more.
-Then take this brownie batter and press them into your cupcake liners in the cupcake tray.
-Pop this into the freezer OR fridge, for at least a few hours to set. (If you decide on the fridge, then the cupcakes will be more gooey, if you decide on the freezer they will be more solid).
-And once they set you can enjoy them on their own, or chop them up and enjoy with a fruity nice cream bowl!
