Nut Butter Bars

DIRECTIONS:

-Put all of these ingredients (except for the walnuts) into your food processor or blender, and blend it all up very well until it starts forming a dough ball.

-Put this mixture into your baking pan or dish, lined with parchment paper, and press it down well so it is smoothed out nicely. 

-Now sprinkle the walnuts on top.

-Pop this into your freezer for at least 2 hours to harden, then enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

-250g date paste

-170g instant or rolled oats

-1/4 cup natural nut butter of your choice

-1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

-50g walnuts, roughly chopped
