Peanut Butter & Jam Thumbprint Cookies

-80g natural peanut butter
-110g maple syrup
-175g almond flour or gluten free oat flour
-1 tsp cinnamon powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-125ml water or plant based milk
-50g your choice of jam

-Preheat your oven to 180C.
-First add the wet ingredients into your mixing bowl and whisk them together well.
-Now add in the dry ingredients and mix it together again. Once it forms a dough. Scoop out about a golf ball size of the mixture, and using your hands, roll it into a ball.
-Place it onto your baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press it flat into your cookie shape. Do this with all of the mixture.
-Press your thumbprint into the middle of each cookie. And then place a 1/2 tsp of your jam into the middle of each cookie.
-Pop them into the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes.
-Let them cool, then enjoy!
