Raw Cacao Almond Bars

-165g dates (pitted, chopped, soaked in warm water)
-80g raisins
-35g raw cacao powder
-50g buckwheat grouts, (blended into a flour)
-40g almonds
-30g raw cacao nibs

-First drain the water from the dates.
-Blend together the dates, raisins, cacao powder, and almonds. Once clumping together, add in the cacao nibs, and fold them in well. 
-Now take the mixture, and press it into your baking loaf tin lined with parchment paper. You can sprinkle more cacao nibs and almonds over the top if you desire. 
-Pop it into the fridge to firm for 1-2 hours. Then slice it up and enjoy!
