Raw Caramel Apple Bars
-1.5 cups dates, pitted (200g)
-1 cup dried mulberries (300g)
-1 tsp cinnamon powder
-1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
-1 apple, thinly sliced
-Into your blender or food processor, put the dates, dried mulberries, nutmeg and cinnamon, then blend up until it forms a some-what sticky paste.
-Take this paste and press it out into your tray lined with parchment paper, and set this aside for now.
-Thinly slice your apple.
-Place your apple slices neatly on top of the sticky base. Optionally, you can sprinkle with some more cinnamon powder.
-Place in fridge overnight to firm.
-Then slice it up and enjoy!
