Raw Chewy Chocolate Energy Bites
-200g dates, (soaked in warm water if needed)
-65g dried figs
-120g dried mulberries
-25g carob powder or raw cacao powder
-First drain the water from the dates.
-Then place all your ingredients into your food processor. Blend it up until it forms a large dough ball.
-Scoop out about a golf ball size of the mixture and using your hands roll it into a ball. Do this until you have all your little chocolate bites.
-Pop them into the fridge to firm for 1-2 hours.
-Then you can enjoy!
