Raw Chewy Caramel Apple Energy Bites


-First drain the water from the dates.
-Place all your ingredients, except the apple, into your food processor. Blend it up until it forms a large dough ball.
-Scoop out a golf ball size of the mixture roll it into a ball using your hands. Do this to make all your little bites.
-Roll all your bites into the apple pieces, make sure to coat each evenly. Feel free to sprinkle on top some cinnamon powder as well.
-Pop this into the fridge to firm for 1-2 hours.
-Then you can enjoy!

-200g dates, (soaked in warm water if needed)
-60g raisins
-125g dried mulberries
-25g raw maca powder
-50g apple, finely chopped
