Raw Chewy Chocolate Almond Bars
-330g dates (soaked in warm water if needed to soften)
-250g dried mulberries
-40g carob powder
-15g cacao nibs
-First drain the water from the dates.
-Then add all the ingredients, except for the almonds, into your food processor. Blend it up until it all clumps into a large ball.
-Now add in the chopped almonds. Fold it in so that the almonds are evenly distributed.
-Scoop out the mixture, and place it into your tray lined with parchment paper.
-Press the mixture down so it is smooth. Sprinkle over the top the cacao nibs and optionally some more almonds or freeze dried raspberries/strawberries if you desire.
-Pop this into the fridge for at least 2 hours to firm.
-Then you can slice it up and enjoy!
