Raw Chocolate Cherry Fudge Cupcakes
-150g dates, pitted
-155g dried figs
-100g + 35g frozen cherries (thawed), chopped into pieces
-25g cacao powder
-Place all of these ingredients, with only 100g of the cherries, into your food processor. Set aside 35g of cherries.
-Blend up until smooth.
-Now add in the remaining 35g of cherries. Gently fold them in.
-Scoop out 1/4 cup of the mixture, and push it evenly into your little cupcake liner in your cupcake tray, do this to make all your little cupcakes.
-Place your Chocolate Cherry Fudge Cupcakes into the freezer for 2-4 hours to firm up. Then Enjoy!
