Raw Chocolate Fudge Bites
INGREDIENTS:
-150g soft dates, pitted (soaked in hot water if needed to soften)
-200g dried mulberries
-25g cacao powder
-5g chaga mushroom powder (optional)
-2g vanilla powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
-Place all of these ingredients into your food processor, and blend them up well until it becomes clumping together into a large ball.
-Now scoop out a golf ball size of the mixture and roll it up with your hands.
-Roll each ball into some more cacao powder, so it has a light dusting on the outside of the ball.
-Place your fudge bites on a plate or in a container, and put them into the fridge to chill for 1-2 hours.
-Then enjoy!
