Raw Fudge Truffles
-190g dates (soaked in warm water)
-150g dried figs
-25g carob powder or cacao powder
-2g pure vanilla bean powder
-First drain the water from the dates.
-Then add all your ingredients into your food processor. Blend it up until it forms a large dough ball.
-Now scoop out a golf ball size of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands.
-Roll this ball into some more carob or cacao powder to create a light dusting on the outside.
-Once all your truffles are complete, pop them into the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm up, then enjoy!
