No-Bake Raw Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

INGREDIENTS:
To make 1 cinnamon roll you need:
- 1 banana (110g), ripe
- 1/4 cup (30g) dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

For 7 rolls:
-7 bananas, ripe
- 1.5 cups (150g) dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup (150ml) water
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:
-First slice all your bananas in half long ways.
-Place them on the dehydrator tray, lay them flat. Pop them into the dehydrator for 8 hours at 40C.
-Meanwhile, in your high speed blender or food processor, place your dates, water, and cinnamon powder, then blend it up smooth.
-After the 8 hours, once your bananas are more rubbery, you can take them out and on each slice of banana, using a small spatula or spoon, smooth out about 1-2 tbsp worth of the date paste mixture. Now roll it up like a snail. Then take another slice of banana, and roll it up again.
-You can take a bit of extra date paste and smooth it out on top of the cinnamon roll before popping it back into the dehydrator for another 4 hours at 40C.
-And then they are DONE! Enjoy :)

NOTE: If you do not have a dehydrator you CAN make this recipe using your toaster oven or oven on the lowest temp setting and cut the "baking" times in HALF.
