Sweet Chocolate Energy Balls

INGREDIENTS:

-250g rolled oats

-200g soaked dates

-30g peanuts

-2 tbsp chia seeds

-1/4 cup cocoa powder

-50g raisins

DIRECTIONS:

-Blend together all ingredients except for the raisins, in your food processor or blender. 

-Once mixture is combined well, fold in the raisins.

-Now you can roll the mixture into your desired size ball shapes.

-Place all the balls in a container or on a tray, to store in your fridge for 3-5 hours.

-Once hardened, you can enjoy!
