Sweet & Salty Peanut Butter Crunch Balls

INGREDIENTS:
-1.5 cups (145g) quick oats
-1/3 cup (100g) natural peanut butter
-100g golden syrup, or your choice of sticky sweetener
-40g peanuts, chopped (I used almonds)
-a pinch of salt (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
-In a large bowl, start by adding the peanut butter and the syrup, and mix together well.
-Then add in the rest of the ingredients, and mix together once more.
-Once it becomes clumpy and sticks together well, then you can scoop out a golf ball size of the mixture and roll into balls.
-Put them into a container and pop into the fridge overnight to firm.
-Then you can enjoy!
